I have a L455. When lift arms are down, if I tilt the bucket; the skid steer lifts. Front wheels do lift off the ground by tilting the bucket. Lift arms do not move. Might your hydraulic cylinder be leaking internally???

The internal splines on my L455 flex-plate (699154) to pump are stripped. I tried to find a replacement but salvage companies and parts sellers I have contacted were out of stock and could not give a lead time for availability. My local machine shops I contacted said they could not do anything...
