So it is very likely it's just the lower housing that's seals are bad and none need replacing in the motor? The motor just vents oil in and out of the lower housing?

I have an auger that is leaking around the shaft as well. My local bobcat dealer thinks maybe the motor could be leaking. They have not ever worked on one so couldn't be sure. Does the bottom housing get fed oil from the motor as well for lubrication?
