The machine is a 1986 L455. Everything else works just the lack of power when lifting or lowering the bucket. Any ideas would be great

Hi guys. Looking at a L455 that has weak hydraulics and wondering if this is a common problem or an easy repair? The machine drives and bucket tilts but the up and down is slow and weak. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks
