unless it is a series I unit the brakes are spring applied, hyd released. On series I 200 series there was a hyd cylinder just above the brake cylinder. Rocks, etc could fall down and cause brake issues.

For the basics you have listed it appears to be priced accordingly. We would be about the same for the high flow, foam tires, cab & a/c, bucket with our 6% tax. Like Frank said though the powered quick tach is well worth it and the 2 speed would help with the resale although you are then looking...
