I havn't actually checked voltage at the connector, but i've inspected the harness. Besides that, it seems to me that if it wasn't getting power, or the wire was damaged, disconnecting the solenoid wouldn't change the symptoms, which is does. Unfortunately it will be a week and a half at least...

UPDATE- If I apply 12v to the port lock solenoid, the machine works as normal! I'm guessing (and hoping) its just the port lock solenoid on its way out.
