    Titan Grapple

I really like your grapple! I really wanted to get one similar, but I felt/feel I need one that can close all the way. I think they are called "clamshell" design. I need to take some welding workshop. It would be pretty satisfying to build stuff like that 🙂 Chris

    Titan Grapple

So, after using the Titan for a few weeks, I have a few thoughts. 1. Even though it is made from A36 steel, it appears to be sufficiently reinforced. TONS of heavy-duty items are made from A36. I think it just means that the reinforcement and design has to be up to stuff. In my opinion, this...

    Titan Grapple

I like those kind, but they don't open far enough. The Titan Grapple Rake is 48in opening. Chris

    Titan Grapple

That is pretty much my use case as well, my own property maintenance. Do you have any thought on the Titan or that style versus THIS one? Chris

    Titan Grapple

What do you think about this type of grapple "bucket" versus the Titan "clamshell" grapple I posted at the beginning? Apparently, there is a manufacturer 30 minutes from my property that makes this type in-house. Repairs, etc. would be convenient. It has a smaller opening than the Titan, and...

    Titan Grapple

The rake is 855 lbs for the 72in pictured. I can't determine the type of steel, etc., but it weighs more than one I am looking for for $5K.

    Titan Grapple

I assume there is maintenance to any attachment, right? The Titan is about $2500 or so if I subtract the fork (which I actually need). So far, the next closest grapple that I have seen is $4750. I could buy two Titans for that. I have the money and quality is important, but I have a really hard...

    Titan Grapple

I am looking at the 72in. The picture is actually hyperlinked to the Amazon listing, but good call. I may look up HLA as well. Thanks! Chris

    Titan Grapple

There is only one rating, so I don't put a lot of stock in it. I am hoping to find someone who owns one. I do appreciate you chiming in though. You're the first and only reply I have had since signing up :)

    Titan Grapple

Does anyone have experience with a Titan Attachments Grapple Rake? I have a new JCB Teleskid coming in a few weeks, and I need a grapple. This is the one I'm looking at: Thank you for your time!! Chris
