Ok, have 12 volts in and out of relays. It beeped a couple times but no click or attempt to start?

Where would the starter relay be? I have a similar click no start then it goes to nothing at all after a few clicks no start. battery is hot, cables cleaned and tightened.

I have exactly the same problem. Where did you find the loose ground? thanks
