I should also probably mention that when i first got it running again that when I checked the hyd fluid it was very low and just barely reading on the stick until I filled it up.

What can i do to free the bushings up? I thought it was odd that they wouldn't move independantly of each other.

After my guys ran my nh L555 out of fuel a while back I finally had time to get it going again. Now lies another issue. We had to winch it onto the trailer to get it back to the shop when it wasn't running (and batteries were dead at the time also). Now that its going it seems like i'm locked...
