Anyone know what the torque specs of the internal bolt (see in red) as well as the port block cap? (see yellow) for the port block on a bobcat 731? I can’t seem to find this in the service manual anywhere… Thanks for the help!

Does anyone know how much chain I would need to replace all four chains? I’d rather not remove it all to find out. If I can attach the new chain with the old, that’d save me some time struggling to feed the new chain on. Thank you for everyone’s help

Thanks brdgblder. There is no specification or maintenance check for chain play that I can find in both the owners and service manuals. I did find that axle end play should be less than 0.013". My end play varies between each axle, but generally I'm at 0.016" - so slightly outside of spec. I...

That’s what I’m afraid of. The control block is not out but I guess I could pull it out. I guess I’m initially intimidated by it. I’ll have to check the manual to see if I start pulling stuff, how much I could mess it up.
