The throttle linkage seems to be moving just fine but just no change in rpms at all. I just installed a new fuel lift pump and primed up. it runs fine but just no throttle control. I will change the fuel filters but how would that make a difference?

Starts fine but only stays on idle rpms and throttle control doesn't respond. The cable shows to be moving on the engine.

I have no throttle response at all. The cable is moving on the engine but stays at idle rpms. Anybody have any possible answers for me please?
