For you guys with the older machines that have added aux hyrdraulics, have any of you experimented with electrical control? I have a 1979 Gehl HL4600 with aux hydraulics using a 2 spool manual valve. I don't really care for the location as my right foot bumps it and it will turn on. I'm thinking...

Does anybody have any service manuals or lots of info on the HL4600 skid steer? I'm looking for oil capacities on the perkins diesel. I'm also looking for what type of hydraulic fluid to use.

Hey everybody!! After a couple of years of borrowing tractors and skid loaders to maintain my driveway and do other work, I finally broke down and got a nice little machine. I picked up a Gehl 4600 with a perkins diesel. I look forward to talking with you all and getting tips and other advice!
