they completely seal the floor area and have a higher cfm blower motor. the floors are now all poly/plastic and have either foam or rubber seals at all joint. Real boots on hand and foot linkages. they even switched around the heater core and evaporator so they have a functional defrost in the...
there are two coils on the very front of the control valve just behind where the linkage is pinned to the spools. Ohm test them. One or both it bad. Bobcats use charge pressure to allow valve to function when power is put to the hydraulic solenoid and mechanical locks on spools as well. better...
last "input" code i fixed was a bad controller. it was 750 for controller and you need a tech with service analyer to program computer. Do you have a 7 pin connector by your aux. couplers. if that harness end is smashed or the harness is pinched it can also give this code.
i believe they torque to 15 ft. lbs. but it has been a few months since i have installed one. all else fails find torque specs for bolt... 6mm 8.8 i believe it is.
I think we use zero start but I am 100% sure of the brand we use. Biggest issue is getting one the will fully mount flat on the engine. The bigger the amp the bigger the mating surface.
standard bobcat heaters only go into the oil pan in the plug kinda below and behind the starter. only a pan heater. no head heater is available. mag heaters do the trick around our shop.
does the primer bulb get hard when primed? if it does it sounds like you need to start trouble shooting the fuel shut off solenoid on the right hand side of the engine under the alternator.
with the ep7 code and the bar gauge pegged out i would guess your oil pressure sender is internally shorted or the wiring is. i would just unplug the oil pressure sender and see if the code changes. Then put a jumper wire in connector and see if same code comes back. Anytime you run a machine...
every once in a while i get one so air locked i have to remove the fuel shut off to get one to prime up but not very often. Did it start right after you changed the filter and run itself out or did it just never start at all after the filter change. Does it smoke at all when starting? does it...
turn all the injector lines 1 - 1 1/2 turn loose at injectors. Crank until fuel is spitting out. best to tighten when cranking and spitting at the same time. Should do the trick.
it means you have a problem with your foot pedal harness/sensors. It defaults to hand controls when a voltage issue is seen. Check for rubbed wiring where it bends around front panel by foot pedals. Also it should give you a service code in the hour meter as well.
also check your alternator and kits fuse in your fuse box. if it blows while you are running the alternator will continue to charge until the next time it is shut off. this will stop charging your battery and eventually will run your battery down to nothing.
i would use a test like at the solenoid to see if the starter is getting told to start or not. If your start wire has power when you tell it to start its either a bad ground or a bad starter.
