    443 stop cable clips

Hi Folks, this may be a dumb question, but does anyone know what these little clips are called? Mine are slightly big for the new stop cable but no one in town seems to know what they are. Thanks for any advice.

This is where to go in to change out chains, sprockets, inner axle bearings.

    440b drive chain replacement

From the parts diagrams, it looks very similar to my 443. In that case, chain/sprocket access is through the panel that holds the park brake. I have a picture, just not sure how to include it. Ok, I think I figured it out: https://www.skidsteerforum.com/media/bobcat-443-chaincase-access.1856/full

    443 wheel bearing issue

Hi, I didn’t find it too bad once I removed the two drive motors. I think next time I would remove the loader arms just to save wear and tear on the old ribs. I picked up the bearings at Rockauto for $9 for cup and cone(Timken set 11).

I’m in the middle of that job now on my 443, its going well thanks to the great folks on here who are willing to share their expertise! Let me know if you need any pictures of anything in particular. I’m currently sleeving my axles then starting the reassembly.

    443 wheel bearing issue

Great information SkidsteerDan, thank you. I will certainly remember the magnet trick; did a lot of fishing around in the chaincase oil when I was servicing the park brake. Gunther

    Bobcat 443 Wheel Bearing

Hi Mauritz, were you able to solve the bolt size? It may have been damaged previously so that a normal socket will no longer fit. It is almost certain to rotate counterclockwise to loosen. Regards, Gunther

    Bobcat 463 Axle bearings

Hi Jerry, thanks for posting this. Would you happen to have the bearing numbers available? Just starting to tear apart my 443 for 4 leaking axle seals. Also, did you cut the old chains or did you use a chain tool to press out a link? Thanks for any advice you can spare, Gunther

    Bobcat 443 bobtach pins/bushings

Hi Tazza, thanks for that information! I ordered parts from Bobcat and hope to get the Bobtach functioning again. I took a gamble and ordered a tilt cylinder bushing for an S70, as the parts catalog showed no bushing for the 443.

    Bobcat 443 bobtach pins/bushings

Hi Folks, finally got some time to work on my 443 that I bought last year and I'm a bit baffled by the Bobtach bushings. According to the parts manual, there should be bushings on the Bobtach both where the tilt cylinder lower pin and the lift arm tapered pins run. In the first pic of the tilt...
