Hi there. I have the same issue and i'm seeing suggestions that you can lift the cab of the 751 and remove the parking brake solenoid under the seat. Would this not allow the machine to roll freely? I'm game to try it but would like some confirmation before I go through the labour.

Thanks for your reply. Adjusting the governor makes sense but I've never done it before as I don't have a lot of mechanical experience. So far I've taught myself quite a bit and am up for the challenge. Are there any website, videos, books, links you can suggest to walk me through it?

I picked up a 2010 Terex skid steer at auction for a pretty good price with the full understanding it was underpowered and it runs fine. From the engine sticker, it looks like a Perkins 404 engine but I think it's off a generator, the engine sticker identifies it as engine family 4H3XL2 22L84...

If you happen to find one would you please let me know as I also am looking for one.
