Code 3509= DTC. 225/ Code 3104= DTC. 137

Anybody experience these codes 3059 and. 3104. I replaced the fuel rail relief valve with no cure. Anything would appreciated.

Grounded to the frame

I've seen where the idle screw meets the throttle shaft stop that the stop will start to bend causing the idle to drop too low and the engine cuts out. Had 2 such incidents happen.

Check the fuel filter

Did you put additives to your fuel and possibly lose the foil seal from a bottle? If not I've seen cracked pickup tubes do what your saying.

Sounds like you're sucking air between the tank and lift pump. Take a 5 gal. Bucket with fuel, A hose long enough to reach the lift pump and try that. Also check the original fuel lines for rust and deteriorated rubber hoses.

Has anyone deleted an EGR on Case SR220

Found the problem, ECM was not providing ground to the start relay. Ran a separate ground runs fine. This was an intermittent problem for a while.

Got it running ECM wasn't supplying ground to the starter relay. Ran a separate ground.
