This photo shows only part of the problem with replacing the seals.
One needs to remove the tube the removed part fits in to get to the
second set of seals. The tube lifts out fairly easily but has a notch in the bottom of it that keeps it from turning. It has to be pried straight up to
remove it and reinstalled in the same position.
