763 Fan noise, removal help?

I posted in the wrong section before, just realized that. Seemed to have got some good help narrowing down my problem. Pretty sure my bad noise is coming from the fan gearbox. I have video on my phone, you can see when the noise gets really bad, the fan is wobbling and moving up and down about 1/2" or more. Best way to get to the fan assembly and remove it?

I can't exactly remember, but with teh cab up and the rear door open, find the 4 bolts and remove them.
