When i replace the tensioner I also replaced the man pulley along with the small pulley. Belt looks seated. very frustrating. i dont want to break something else. Its a 2003 so I dont really want to spend dealer money on it.Could there be any oil on the pulley? or could a pulley be worn, not allowing the new belt to seat correctly?
This model has a spring tensioner?
You have done more than i would have, there really is no reason for it to slip with all those new parts. When i replace the tensioner I also replaced the man pulley along with the small pulley.
