Skid Steer 420 ss blowing fuses

My skid steer 420 ss is blowing 15amp fuses as soon as I take the parking brake off. Now if I start it up and lower the safety arm and hit the parking brake button nothing happens. If I sit in the seat and hit the parking brake button nothing happens untill I lower the safety arm then the fuse blows. The safety switch on the are has been changed. Any other Ideas?

Sounds like a bad park brake solenoid to me. Try disconnecting the park brake solenoid then do the usual things to unlock it, if the fuse doesn't blow, i'd look at the solenoid.
