She fires up good in the morning when u run it a while and kill it then it is hard to crank Battery life is good started working good could it be sensor under seat where fuses r or maybe glow plugs bad Someone said open up panel under seat and check starting relay switch (fuse) What u think? If your saying it turns over hard, I'd check battery, cables and have the starter bench tested.
There are no sensors that effect cranking. No seat switch. If it is turning over slow, it is a weak starting system, or excessive load like the aux hydraulic is on. Otherwise if it cranks good, but doesnt start, I'd look at the fuel system. Drain the fuel filter, see what comes out.She fires up good in the morning when u run it a while and kill it then it is hard to crank Battery life is good started working good could it be sensor under seat where fuses r or maybe glow plugs bad Someone said open up panel under seat and check starting relay switch (fuse) What u think?
I believe I figured it out today I changed glow plug fuse in cab (under seat). I run it for while and killed it then started it back up with no problems also the fuse box was really dirty so I cleaned all fuses with electrical cleaner and blew out with air hopefully I got it I will know more on Monday when I put machine back to work. Can u tell me what the recirculation filter is and where it is located? I'm getting ready to change all fluids on machine oil, hydraulics and fuel filterWhen you try to start it. What service code/ codes comes up on the left panel?
There are two cab filters. One right behind your head inside of the cab. The other one is outside under the back window. Be careful when removing the knobs on the outside, they like to get rusty and break.I believe I figured it out today I changed glow plug fuse in cab (under seat).
