s205 wheel sticking

good day all i have a s205 And when i need to do a fine move of the right side wheels it locks or sticks then pop it moves. sometimes it not good. happens a little on the left side too. never happen on my s185. and when the lap bar censer was replaced by the dealer i asked the guy. his response your not telling me nothing I haven't herd before. is fixable or is he right. live with it. thanks mike

350 hr. I got control of it with 250 hr. my other shop had it to load a dumpster and plow snow. i switch it with the s185. its a kind of a big shop tool for me. its had weird noise from the chain case scene new. I was told it was normal.

It does sound like a chain or sprocket to me too. I would avoid using it a lot before you fix it, the more popping it does, the more potential for demage to the sprockets.
