Just wondering if anyone out there has ever used an easy sleeve to repair a shaft sealing surface. Was it an easy process? How well has it held up? Any advice would be appreciated.

I have never used one, but know people that have. The job was easy, but the sleeves are very thin walled and easily damaged during installation.
What are you trying to repair? some axles have wear rings on them already that can be replaced.
Another brand is speedy sleeve.

Another option you may have is to get a different seal. If it's not sealing due to a groove worn in the shaft where the seal lip runs, you may be able to get a different seal that has shorter or longer sealing lips so it will run on a good part of the shaft. I have done this before with good success.

I have done both......my first choice is Tazza's recommendation to try a different seal......works great and is cheaper. Second choice for me is the EZ sleeve.....easy to do and works great.

use em all the time dude. usually refered as a speedy sleeve. 1 pintle shaft seals . A replace swash plate 1200$ not include labor. or 100$ sleeve from applied tech #99-100. ax seals new ax or sleeve. math is easy and they work if properly installed. no brainer. quick and cheap . and stays basically oem. so the next guy is not doing the head scratch.
