I've been looking at new S180 with a dozer blade attachment, has anyone used this set up? I want to ensure it will strip hard clay from my parking area and roadway of my acreage before I buy it. I don't think it has to take off more than a couple of inches at a time, but I'll be pretty sad if I get it home and find it won't do what I expected. I have lots of other landscaping tasks for it too but I'm sure it will do those with no problems (auguring fence post holes, grading my grassy area, flattening out a spot for a fire pit and benches, making a smooth walking path, plowing snow, etc.). Thanks in advance for any replies!

I'm not sure i have seen a dozer blade attachment, but other members have used grader blades?

With a dozer, it has the weight and the traction to cut a lot of dirt, i'm not fully convinced a dozer blade attachment would do the job with that machine pushing it.
I have never used one, so don't quote me on any of this.
Even with a standard bucket, you can grade a driveway, you just need to keep a good amount of dirt in the bucket for the down pressure. I have done it this way many times before and works pretty well, just no where near as fast as a grader attachment could have done it.

Thanks for the reply. I stated the model incorrectly it's a T180. Thanks for the tip of keeping the bucket partly full to help exert enough pressure to grade the driveway, that makes a lot of sense.
