I see for some other models people mention that there is a plug in the center of the carrier shaft. I was wondering if the 843b is suppose to have this I pulled both wheel motors and neither side had a plug in the center. I looked inside the hole and it doesn't look threaded. Just to make sure i have it right i am looking in the hole of the gear reduction box at the center of the shaft.

I may be wrong, but i don't think the B series had that plug, the motor and carrier were different.
Do you have oil leaking into your chain case?

Yes oil is leaking into the chain case. I am hoping replacing the quad seal and the carrier seal will fix it is there anything else you would recommend?

The carrier seal is the main one that leaks. You are doing exactly as i would.
With the motors off, check the shaft has no play, if it does, that may be why your seal isn't working right.
Another thing, it may have case drain filter(s). Round alloy can on the small hose from the drive motors. If fitted, clean or replace them. If they get plugged up, they increase the pressure on the carrier seals and push oil into the chain case.

I checked for side to side play and there is none. However I can move it in and out a little bit. I looked for case filters and didnt see any. I then connected the wheel motors up above the machine and started it fluid came out of the hole for the case drain at a constant rate. Then I took off the case drain hoses and when i started it there was barley any flud coming out of the case drain but fluid was comming out of the hoses. I have a video but don't know how I would post it on here. I don't know if this is normal but my thoughts on it is maybe this is done to lubercate where the shaft is because when the motor is new theres not going to be much comming out of the case drain as it is basically a drain that compensates for drive motor wear. And maybe as the case drain builds pressure it just pumps the fluid the other way? (not sure how correct that just an idea) My second idea is that maybe I need to work on the port block since 2 of the lines going into it have charge pressure maybe the springs and orings are worn and allowing pressuried fluid to be pumped to the case drain?

The case drain line should have pressure in it. The problem with ones with the filters is that they restrict the fluid coming back and they build up too much pressure. When the motor is running, there will be some internal leakage, without a load, there won't be much, but loaded up there will be. This fluid fills the motor carrier area around the seal and lubricatres it.
I'd like to assume that the only issue you have is that the seals are old and not sealing right. If something in the port block was stuck, the pressure should be lower as the poppets wouldn't be sealing right.

Alright sounds good thank you for all your help. I will post again when I get done with it I will Drive it for a while and open up my chain case inspection hole see if im still getting fluid in there. Then I will post back right now I am waiting on parts till bobcat.
