I'm not finding the answer on the web or manual. I have a '98 G-Series 753 Bobcat with new style auxiliary connectors. I'm assembly an implement hydraulic lines, one side has static flow control valve. Which connector is the supply and return?

Default continuous flow (press the aux. button twice) is supplied through the top, returned through the bottom.

Normal flow is out female and in male, kinda backwards then you would think.
Thanks for the replies. My aux. connectors are male is on top side, female on bottom. Unless I read the replies incorrectly, seems like they contradict each other.

Called bobcat dealer when they opened this morning. Continuous flow is thru female quick disconnect when switch it's engaged.

Not a problem. Appreciate the reply and followup. Great site!
I think I've got it now, auxillary male connector flow is in(or return) and female connector flow is out(or continuous flow). It makes sense! Thanks guys.

Thanks for feedback. Got the quick disconnects installed. fired up the hydraulic chainsaw. It's totally awesome.

I ran one of those about 15 years ago. They are really something else!! TORQUE!!! I like how you never have to stop to put gas or oil in them.

You got that right SkidRoe...TORQUE! Slices through tree limbs like butter. Better than getting up in tractor bucket, muscling a chainsaw.

Have you got it connected as an attachment that you can run from the seat? Got some pictures?

The hydraulic saw is called Limbinator Saw. Here are couple youtube videos that the company put out. I'm organizing a work crew this Saturday to get my fence rows cleaned up. I was just playing with it yesterday. It cut down a 10 inch branch with no problems. ----- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HeH5TZhJihQ ------ ----- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCAzSMUUw6k&feature=related

That is awesome! I have spent many a Saturday in a homemade man basket on the loader of the tractor (actually started before we built the man basket!!). What does one of these go for?

Limbinator Saw, Model# LS8 was $1999.99 but is now on sale at Northern Tool for $1,899.99 plus $55.49 shipping to Al. Pricey but a neat tool.

I bought my for $1600. Yes, a bit pricey but a weighted decision. My neighbor charges $150/hr to run his 19 foot excavator to clean out the fence row. I used him before to clear some trees and brush to put field tile in. I think it will pay for itself the first year.

If you don't mind me asking, where did you get it for $1600? I did a quick search too, and didn't see anything for less than $1900.

I did same search too and came up with same price. I bought my at a horse show in Columbus. He was asking $1700 then offer me a demo unit that was used for display purposes. When I got the unit home it was in original box and package material, box never been open.

I wondered about that. Sweet deal!!
