Lost swing and dozer blade functions on a Takeuchi TB 015 , all other fuctions still work , looked at the way it is plumbed and found those two functions work off the same supply line which is inline behind the lock valve and the pilot pressure valve , pilot system still works as the dipper, boom and bucket joy stick funtions work , but still figured it could be the pump putting out enough to have pilot pressure but not funtions --- also when you pull the slew/ swing joy stick you can eaily push the turntable around with one hand , let go of the swing lever and it's like the brake or a hydraulic lock engages and stops the machine ,so there seems to be some pressure going thru , would be too easy to hook up a flow meter and pressure gauge but I am going to have to come up with some inverted/perverted metric adaptors to make the connection so I swopped the second stage hose ( dozer/ swing / pilot/ lock valve ) with the first stage hose at the pump and the same problem is there , so I am pretty sure it's not the pump , ran out of time on it today and will probally try swopping the relief valves with another curcuit , any ideas could get the tracks turning thanks fishfiles

Well I solved that problem and it wasn't an easy one , it was a combination valve that produces pilot pressure , acts as the safety lock valve and is a flow divider all in on . it was only letting 600 psi thru to the section to supply the dozer and swing , tried dissassembling it and repairing it but gave up on that , the only thing it was no loner available from takeuchi , machine is only about 11 years old and parts are already not available any more , so I got a flow divider and a pilot pressure valve from a local hydraulic dealer for $215 and replumbed the system with another $250 worth of hoses and fittings , and didn't worry about reincorporating the lock valve as he didn't want to go the extra step , the swing and dozer blade funtions returned

Glad you got it all sorted out. No parts after 11 years is pretty bad, but from memory they only NEED to keep them for 10 years.
