Hi I have just briught a second hand bobcat 643 it drives great but when pushing the tillers forward one goes fully forward the other does not. Is this simple adjustment or signs of greater issues?

It could be as simple as some wear.
Lift the cab and check where the stick is bottoming out. Check the rubber and steel bushings and ensure they are not flogged out. If they are, you will have extra play on that side.
Do both sides go at the same speed when pushed fully forward or backwards?

Hi thanks for getting back to me. The right goes fully forward the left about half way. It steers straight with the tillers in this position. Sometimes I have to wriggle the left when I stop or it will creep forward slowly. Hope this helps

Check your bushings then. If it still drives well, there is no problem. Sounds more like a worn/loose linkage to me.
