1999 863 bobcat Fuel getting to the 4 cylinder injector pumps but no futher. Deutz 4 cylinder.Any body know any suggestions?

I would say either the fuel shut off solenoid is not operating or is not being energized.
I would lean towards the fuel solenoid also, kinda common on those. Pull the solnoid out and see if it starts. Don't run it long, but it will verify if the solnoid is bad. You can then snub it against the brake to kill it.

There is a small lever below the solenoid that will kill the engine. Also, just because the machine runs with the solenoid removed does not mean the solenoid is bad. It could also mean that the solenoid is not being energized (i.e. no 12 volts to the solenoid)

pull shut off solenoid. (to shut offpin comes out shifts fuel rail to left) in run retracts. allowing rail right. pull if runs good to shut down shift rail left. when buying new solenoid read instructions, wires need changed or smokin it.

Solenoid shut off is working fine, plenty of fuel from tank to injector pumps, no air in lines. Manually pushed rail but it still wont start, no fuel getting to injectors.

pull inj lines is press coming out of pumps(caution hi press fuel) check press . if good make sure lines clear. an easy check is pull inj s turn lines to rear hook up inj s crank over check delivery this also elimantes a return line restriction which will also cause a no start.
