Where to buy new injectors for my 743

I have a 1995 Kubota V1702 in my 743 and I would like ot replace the injectors. I did some searching and could not seem to find any places to buy new injectors. Any recommendations?

There are places that you can send your injectors to where they will be cleaned and tested and worn parts replaced. Something to consider vs new.

Agreed, i send mine to a diesel injection shop. The nozzles can be replaced and the pressures adjusted so they work just right. Your old ones may just need a clean up and adjusting.

If your injectors are anything like the injectors in my mid-1980's Kubota V1902 then there really isn't much too them.
I was able to disassemble and clean my injectors (with a lot of help from Tazza) and after reassembly my old 1902 is running great.

They are very simple, but the nozzle is very precise. Any damage and they need to be replaced. If you pull them down, keep all the parts seperate, don't mix parts from each injector.
The most common thing to go wrong is the needle gets stuck in the nozzle. I have had to hold the back of the needle in a vice and tap the nozzle off before. Got it free with WD40 and it worked great.

I just dropped off the injectors at a place in San Diego called Advanced Diesel Injectors. They are charging me $20 a piece plus parts to rebuild. Seemed like a fair deal.

jd21476 you are in very good hands there ..i have been taking injectors and injection pumps there for 15/20 yrs and they always do a good job at a reasonable price ..very fair and very knowledgeable

They called me yesterday and quoted me $179 to rebuild all 4. They said two we plugged and two had low flow and a bad pattern. My assumption is that this was the reason for the smoke and engine noise. They will be done today and I will reinstall them this weekend and give it a test.
