Just curious about something I thought about the other day... Obviously changing a front flat is easy but, is there a way to raise the rear off the ground other than using the teeth in a tree?.

I would'nt trust sticking the teeth in a tree, it could slip, maybe if you had some blocking to go with it.
I'd say a load the bucket and park the flat over a depression in the ground (water puddle) if you had time to get to it. With no suspension and heavy on the other end that should work.
Unfortunately by the time you realize your having a flat (especially on the rear) the tire is often off the bead and you are not going far, except on foot to get a jack.

put a block under the back that just fits even dig a little hole so it fits tight and push down with the bucket curl down and the rear will come up Jeff

I have done that before, when attempting to set neutral on the steering i put 2 bottle jacks under the back (1 in each corner for stability), pumped them up and pushed the bucket down, presto! all 4 wheels are off the ground.
I have used the pushing the bucket down technique many times to remove front tires.

Never trust Hydraulics on these bobcats, if you are going to do something like what the other are explaining make sure you block the machine up!!!! Like everybody says hydraulics are silent and they do kill!!! Just be careful with them
