I have a 94' 753G that has no lift in the arms and is stuck in float. Its been rebuilt before with new spools but I think that it was rebuilt wrong because it never operated right afterwards. Is it worth it to replace the spools by myself or is there any other reason that this maybe happening? If there is anything else that I might need to put up let me know.

You can't just replace the spools, they are machined to the bores of the control block.
Have you checked the spool is moving correctly? being stuck in float sounds like the pedal is stuck forward. I'd doubt it was broken, but its possible too.

Could be that the detent kit on the back of the control valve is loose or corroded up.
