Have a 743B that when i lift the arms i get a lot of hydraulic noise. Going down is fine and there is no problem on the tilt cylinder either. All the hydrostatic drives are running fine and the oil level is right up. Problem is the same whether i have weight on the loader or if it is empty. i am thinking it may be the anti cavitation valve on the spool itself. if it is that does anyone know what to look for when you take that valve apart to know if it has a problem?

Your aux hydraulics are not stuck on?
Where is the noise coming from? under the seat? its even possible its a pump issue. An anti-cav valve would cause erattic operation or no movement as it plugs up a port if it was the problem. Its just an orifice, it won't may hydraulic noise as such.
The noise, does it make it so the arms don't move smoth? like there is air in the system?
Have you bled any lines? check the reserve tank, is there foam on the top after you have been using it?

Yeah noise is coming out of the pump. No foam in the tank and everything moves smooth. the out put line from the pump vibrates like crazy though.

It sounds like you have a pump issue. You can remove the hydraulic pump from the main drive pumps and inspect it for wear. I'm not sure what else it could be....
You mentioned that the the tilt works ok. Can you operate the tilt to curl the bucket back and see if the hose vibrates like mad that way too? same with if you operate your aux hydraulics to dead end the flow so it goes over the relief.
I'm just wondering if the tilt seems ok because it has more lifting power than the lift arms do.
