I purchased a 632 and found rear chain off of it and laying in chain case also found master link and clip, i installed it and not to after that it broke on the master link, got a half link and master link again and installed it and adjusted tensioners at chains but wasnt real happy how the tensioners were adjusted and used it for a little while and it broke again and also broke front one on other side what can I do to keep from breaking more cahains, could I buy a new chain would that fix it.

Here's a link to where I uploaded the service manual for the 632. It should have info on replacing the drive chains.

How do the the sprockets look? Are the teeth worn and pointed?
the manual doesnt mention anything about tensioners, does the bearing ride in middle of chain or to the side of chain also the metal bar that has the spring and bearing that rides the chain does it have a certian amount of spacing between the chain.

does a 632 even have chain idlers or tensioners or did someone add this because of streched chains

The parts manual doesn't show any kind of tensioner. Someone must have added it. The chains on Bobcats are pre stretched and have only a little slack when new. Your chains are likely worn out if they keep breaking. You can get new chains from a Bobcat dealer, most bearing supply or farm equipment dealers.

I don't think it has a tensioner.
The first thing i'd check if it is breaking chains is the tyres. Are they the same size front and back? With tyres, they must be the same diameter front and back on each side. It doesn't matter if you have bald ones on the left and new ones on the right, they are the same diameter. If not, more load goes on one chain and it can snap.
Were the chain changed before you even got it with poor quality chain? personally i'd replace it with quality chain, you then know where the weak point is.
Your machine will be very cose to the 743s i have worked on, there is a guide for the upper part of the chain to run on, but it does nothing to hold tension on the chain its self, its just a guide.
