It has the Kubota V2203 diesel engine @ 40hp I believe. The heater hose lines get hot to the point were you cant touch them for more than a second. I think I heat gunned them at about 150 degrees. I have cardboard over the rad. It only gets to 1 bar on the digital gauge. (I had 2 bars in the summer when I blocked the rad to see if the sender was working) My biggest problem is the output of the heater fan itself. The heater blows warm, but it seems that more cold blows in from the inside! This causes my front windshield to frost up on the inside of the machine making it near impossible to use. 1) Is there a seal kit that may help with some of the gaps around the door, etc? I plan on siliconing up the 1/2" or so holes that come in the side of the machine near my legs. 2) Can I increase the blower motor size or output speed at all? It is working on the high setting, but I can barely feel air movement when my hand is at the windshield. Thanks

Sounds like there may be a filter or two there somewhere that are so clogged that the airflow is restricted. I'd look for that myself.

Have you checked the thermostat?
Some setups need a restrictor valve to make the coolant run through the heater core and not the easiest path. I don't have a heater so i can't tell you exactly what is needed, but i know others that have had issues like this before.
With only getting one bar on your display, either your sender or thermostat is not working correctly

Its a new Tstat. I keep thinking I need a restrictor in the H crossover. Up to the H is really hot, after that not so much. Where is the temp sender located? After the stat? I have a feeling The stat isnt even opening.

The sender is just below the thermostat. Look in the housing you opened up to install the thermostat, it will be in the lower section. Its on the back side and is a pain in the butt to access i'm afraid if its anything like the 753 with BOSS i worked on about 2 years ago.
Hold on to the upper radiator hose, see if it warms up, if it does, you are getting flow through the thermostat so it should be opening up. I know it hard to tell when the temperature is so cold, the return hose from the radiator will be icy when its so cold outside.

You could get some fluid from the auto parts store and flush the heater core also. It seems that autos with the bypass hose system tend to sludge up the heater cores more than they used to. Muriatic acid works good but they do sell a fluid just for this.
