Another question, My boss display is fairly hard to see during daytime, even at night its a little questionable. Anybody know what I can do here? It does have the sideshield on it but still crappy. Oh its on a 99 763
There is a light bulb that can be accessed easily when you remove the whole panel from the cab....usually 3 screws. Right there on the back of the panel is the bulb holder.

Take the dash apart first or just go ahead and buy the bulb socket pigtail for the dash light bulb as a large percentage of the time the holder will be disenergrating upon removal as it is made of a poor grade of plastic , it is probally kinda melted
