I have done this before, but now I have a problem. Lost my manual and am fixing the leaks for a friend. Think I got all the bad seals replaced, but not sure. Anyone have a page showing an exploded view of everything in the control valve? I forgot if the 863 is the same as I do have the 863 manual.

I have the service manuals for the763 F and G series, but they don't have a exploded view of the valve.
I do have one for a 773 G if you want.

That would be great. I have put it all together but would like a reassurance before I put it back in the Bobcat and hopefully didn't miss anything!

http://yfrog.com/41vickarsvalvej Sorry for my lack of forum skills. Is the little black box what you're referring to?
Does the machine have "bucket positioning"(auto leveling) ? Reminds me more of the valve for that. Never worked on a 763 though.

I agree, it looks like bucket positioning. My old 753 had this, it looked the same.

Are you guys referring to me? I"m having issues with that little black thing. Its leaking and I can't get it to seal. The damn wiring isn't even connected to the machine (received it that way). Unit has a self leveling button.

Yes to the yfrog pics.
Put ground and 12v to that coil and the bucket should self level on the way up. Does the bucket positioning button light up when you press it? All loaders have the button but not all have the option of bucket leveling (then the button does not light up)
Can you post a pic from the side, the black coil should slide off the stem then remove the stem and put a new oring at the base of the stem. Hopefully its tot rust causing the problem.
