bucket doesn't dump

i have a new holland 785 skidster that i had the two hyd. pumps and hyd. motors rebuilt, everything runs fine except the bucket won't pivot it appears the cylinder on the right is working.

Is it possible that during reassembly that a couple of lines got reversed and the cylinders are fighting each other.
