l have been struggling with the electronic brain believing that the seat belt is on and secure l have replaced the seat , the seat belt (both sides) ..l understand and use the emergency service toggle pin ... l have to disconnect the battery cable to allow the brain to recycle itself anyone that has struggled with this issue and solved the case ?

How does that cause a problem? Display stay powered up?
Most have the opposite trouble where the seatbelt switch does not close and the loader won't start (except in service mode) because it thinks the belt is not done up. Could you have a short in the seat belt switch causing continuity from one seat belt switch wire to the other replicating a closed switch?

forgive the wording the seat belt tho sna[pped securally .. the brain won't believe the seat belt is in use the display works fine ..it starts fine but the hydrualic loader functions are locked out ... at the moment... l can go to start the machine after lockingthe seat belt and the second the machine cranks as tho it steals juice from the seatbelt sending unit the unbelted warning light comes on and the machine won't crank .. l now start it in service mode with seat belt off..then while its running snap the seat belt ..light goes off and l return the pin to operate mode .....frustrating !!!!..most of the time that doesn't work .. and the battery disconnected to let brain recycle of of retard mode

Every time I let my buddy--who's fairly bright--use my NH, he has to fiddle with everything (he's used to a Case). My machine wouldn't allow me to use the aux. hyd. pedal--it would want to cut out the engine. Turns out he accidentally pushed the handle down on the hump covering the pump under the door threshold. If the handle is down it locks out the aux. pedal.
I'd check for something stupid or clearly obvious.
Speaking of which---you checked all the fuses right?
And I bring this up every time I see these seat belt issues, is CHECJK THE DIODES IN THE REAR FUSE BOX (if you have them) Mine has two.
