1990 743 bobcat driving by itself

I worked my 1990 bobcat 743 pretty hard these last couple weeks. Now the drive handles just stay forward without my pushing on them, they wont go back to neutral without me pulling them back. Any fixes or what im looking for out there
 
My guess is the centering spring for the levers either broke or the bolt that holds it in place fell off. Shouldn't bee too hard to fix. I have a video on my youtube channel that explains how it works, you can find it here...

Do you have a video to replace those nylon washers that the right steering arm slides through
