331 track linkage???

hey guys-so im trying to find the name of the piece i need! today right track wouldnt turn and control arm was completely loose-arm goes down through floor of cab and connects to a piece that pulls a wire which -i asume-opens a valve to engage tracks-that little piece that pulls the wire was rusted out and just fell apart-before i head up to Bobcat and get what i assume will be a cheap replacement, any idea the name of this piece? its about 4 inches long-the wire connects on one side via a tightening screw and to the control arm on the other-thought some of the big brains here could save me time! thanks!
