First post here, been coming and reading forums quite a bit though before creating an account. I have found an issue I can't find much on, I have a 2016 s510 making this grinding/chatter noise only while turning/pushing the sticks opposite directions. Both forward or reverse, no noise noticed. No loss of power that I've noticed, I've changed every fluid in the machine and looked over the filters. The filters and fluid all looked good as far as no metal flakes or sludge. Any help is appreciated, I am new to equipment ownership and wanting to trace this down.

These are all such loud machines, it's hard to hear much on video. I honestly haven't yet, been a bunch of overtime at work since I made the post and haven't had the time. I am hoping to start tearing into the chain case when I get a free weekend.

Please keep us informed when you start working on it.
Thank you.

Definitely been a while and just got around to looking into it.. I did find a bad axle bearing on the right front and replaced it. I didn't have much play in the tires off the ground before catching and I didn't notice anything wrong with chains, or the sprockets. I did have quite a bit of metal flake in the chain case fluid that only has about 60 hours on it but nothing large. I tried looking further and really didn't come up with much more.. It is still making the same noise as before.

Bummer, has it gotten any worse or remained the same?

You have twice as many as mine. I have not noticed any issue yet. To this point the machine has been no problems ay all.🍀
I purchased it around 1400-1500. This has been the only issue since I've owned it, but once I got in it I could tell that the axle bearing had been changed once before. Hopefully it keeps going smooth for you!
