Keep stalling when running a while. After ruling out air filter, I checked whole machine over and see coolant is low. Machine has 1625 hours, but got it at 1525. Changed engine oil, hydro oil and al filters. Did not bother with coolant. Color is amber and lols normal. Should I top off or drain? What should I put in? Any other ideas on stalls? The longer it sits, the longer it will run without stalling. Just started doing it.

as far as the antifreeze I like peaks final charge and I would flush the system just so you know it has been done. and write it down in a log with hours ,date just like with oil changes . Usally when a diesel stalls it is a lean fuel condition ,so check from that tank pick up to the fuel filter that you just changed to rule that out.

Check how?

if your fuel line has a primer ball installed in it ,disconnect the fuel line after the primer ball and place in a container ,then start squeezing the ball and look for a good flow of fuel , if there is none there is a restriction towards the tank, that is if there is not a vacuum leak in any of the rubber fuel lines if so equipped. this is a general statement as I am not famulair with that machine.
