Help me ID this possible issue

Hey guys new guy here, but not new to skidsteer's. Recently bought a 2019 Cat 246D (tire's), anyway here within the last few days I have started hearing what I would describe as a "hissing?" sound that is coming from the left / front area of the machine (if sitting in it) anytime you move the machine forward, reverse, left or right. It doesn't seem to be affecting any of the movement. Friend who is a heavy machinery mechanic said that the Charge pump and relief valve are on that side, he's out of town for a few more weeks so unable to come by a look at it, knowing that I would now say it sounds like a valve that is not open all the way and fluid is trying to move through a "half open valve." any ideas? Thanks for your time, advice.

the only thing if pump is good check your linakage i mean thats all i could think of
