I purchased this 240 with significant electrical wiring damage. I had to rebuild the wiring on both the bottom and top harness. As I am nearing the end of the journey, I only have one issue remaining. The bucket doesn't want to move.. much. As you can see in the video, the solenoids unlock for the foot petals, and there is some very small movement of the bucket, but nothing compared to the arm movement with the other petal. What do you think? Thanks in advance.

My first guess would be the cylinder seals are shot. It would however be odd that both cylinders would be that bad.
Could the pins be frozen? You could remove the cylinders and make sure the bucket part moves freely.

My thoughts too, but I just called the previous owner. They had the whole 240 working at one time, and they tried to repair the electrical, and really messed things up. This is why it's mine now. They have been very open with me about it's problems, and what it has or hasn't ever been able to do. They said that the bucket was working before..
My next guess is perhaps, since I have had to rewire everything, I got the solenoid's electrical polarity wrong... not sure though. I ran out of time in testing today. I'll try again this weekend.
My hope is that someone else has seen this happen before...

I have seen where hoses have been installed backwards on one cylinder before. This causes the cylinders to work in opposite directions.

Doesn't sound like you have messed with the hoses but maybe somebody in the past did.

The way to check this would be again to disconnect one or both of the cylinders at the pin and try to operate them.

I was able to get this working tonight. It was not reversed polarity, like I thought, but instead one of the four solenoids were not receiving power. Foot petal would unlock, but the hydraulic was shut. For those whom have this problem in the future, that was the solution
