My boon won't go up or down. 1 hydraulic cylinder doesn't have any fluid in it and don't know how to find the reservoir or how to drain it can't afford a shop

The 2 side tanks are the reservoir. Did you check the fluid level? Clean out the screen on the fluid intake (right side) to the gear pump (front between your legs)? You can take the hose off and see if fluid is getting to cylinder. Start the machine and let it idle to see if you have flow. Never had this problem so just guessing. The cylinder may have blown seals or end came loose. If you have fluid getting to cylinder then you will know to check it. Maybe Mike10 can give you a better fix. Good luck.

Thanks for the information I'll check on that hopefully he'll get online have a great day ????

Take the cover off under the seat and I think on right side there is a tube with cap on it. In the tube you will find a suction screen clean that. DO NOT USE YOUR FINGES as it may be full of metal shaving. Fluid lever is checked on the dip stick located on t he left side as you are sitting in the seat
