new owner of a 2008 Bobcat S220 with questions

I recently bought a 2008 Bobcat S220 with 3400 hours. It's been owned by the city of st. louis street maintenance crew. It looks like that it had an easy life. The machine is exceptionally tight. It must have been greased regularly and rarely used for hard digging. According to Bobcat, it has the Kubota V3300-DI-T diesel in it. It blows oil droplets from the dip stick hole and filler hole. At first, I thought that that blow by gas is too much. Upon ready online, I realized that it might be normal for the engine. I did locate the crankcase breather tube that goes from the top of the head and routed to the bottom. It feels that there is some gas coming out of the tube, not much at all. Not sure that tells me much. I might need to open up the breather thing (held down with 4 little screws) and see if there is a clogged filter. Over all, I'm very optimistic about the health of the engine and the machine. One thing puzzles me is that I cannot find any V3300 pictures only with a head that matches the look of my engine. My 4 injection lines from the pump don't go down into injectors that are visible like most of the diesel engines. They each disappears into a hole on a cover (might be valve cover). No visible signs of glow plugs either. I'm guessing that Kubota decided to put all those things under valve cover, like the Ford Power Stroke engine. I did not find any online shop/service manual for the engine thus far. I have a pretty good understanding and work experience of diesel engine. I have a 2018 Vermeer CTX-100 for my tree business and the S220 will be used for digging n grading. Also have 2 diesel trucks. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome. Thx. Erwin

bobcat website shows that it has 75 hp. does the T in the model number indicate a turbo? If so, it's on the back of engine and I can't see it.

Give it some time, some of the more knowledgeable people don't show up until the weekend, when they have a bit more time.

T generally means it is turbo, you mention oil out the dip stick? you should not be running the motor without the dip stick, oil is splashing around the crank case, so some will be cung out that hole, so don't be concerned.
I have an S250 with a V3300 that has a turbo. If you can't see yours, reve it up, then back the throttle off fast, and listen if you can hear a wistle, that's the turbo spooling down.
