New to me s630 with hydraulic leak

Just got a used S630 today with only 466 hours and I found what appears to be 2 hydraulic leaks. One is right under the seat area and the other look to be where a hose goes into the reservoir. There was a lot of oil dirt behind the side plates.

Doing a pressure wash is always good as a clean machine is nicer to work on and easier to see problems. I would suggest that you also get an engine cleaning gun, they can get into more confined areas and won't generally blast back into your face like a pw does. Harbor Freight has them on clearance for under $6, fantastic value.
