Hey there, I am new to this forum and am glad to have found it. I have a few items I have been having issues with. 1) Bucket stuck like chuck: I have a 763 that I just bought and I have tried heat(OXY- Acetylene), penetrating oil, I have lifted the machine in the air by placing a 1'' rock breaker bar under the pin, hoping the machines down pressure would shove it up. Also tried sledge hammers with large punches My last resort will be a 6'' cutoff wheel on a angle grinder, it should slip through the bottom of the bucket and allow the disc to sever the pin off. 2) I can t find the replacement Aux- hydraulic buttons located at the top right of the cab (they have been defaced and the aux hyd. wont engage. If anybody knows the best source for used ones please share. Ebay has been dry so far 3) When the machine is on, it tries to creep in reverse with out touching the controls 4) It does not track straight when going forward or reverse ( I assume this has something to do w/ problem #3 above. I appreciate any input. Take care. -Evan from Yakima, WA

The stuck pins, these are the ones holding the bucket on the bobtach? These can be hard to get off, i had one that i ended up attacking it iwth an oxy torck and cutting it out.
You may need to cut the bucket off then you have better access to the pins, be careful as they are hardened, don't just beat on them with a hammer. I caught some metal in my knee as it shot off. With it off, you can heat the tube that they run in with an oxy torch and a cutting tip to get some serious heat into it.
Sorry, i can't help with a new panel, the dealer will be able to help, but it could be expensive.
The creep can be adjusted at the pump, there are stops under there that you can adjust to make it not move.

Thanks Tazza, I have a 6'' angle grinder and made it through about 75% now on those pins(yes the bobtach ones). I am thinking of getting a 7' cut off wheel to see if that will get all the way though. I used a cold chisel to separate the buckets bracket enough to fit the .040" thick skinny wheel in there. I will report back with results and see about some pics. Yep, those dealers get the lions share but sometimes it's the only option.
