R30S backhoe and S300

Hello !!! I bought used backhoe R30S without manual. Where can I get manual or download online ? I have a problem how to connect hydraulics hoses, becouse I bought without hydraulic connector ( male or female). Is R30S High Flow ? Than you

I don't believe any backhoes are hi flow, you don't need that much fluid, you only need pressure. It may even move too fast to control well. You may want to adjust the engine speed, my 743 with a hoe, i run it just over idle, that's with 11GPM, yours will have at least 16.
Even without connectors, get a set and hook them up. If it doesn't work right, swap them around.
