Lift arms

My lift arms are not raising very well. The bucket goes in both directions as normal auz works normally but lift raises really slow and I have to push really hard to get them to raise. They drop at the regular rate. I went through the control valve and see no issues there any ideas.

What model?
"Push really hard" -- dirt under pedal limiting travel?
That would be the easiest fix.
